Absolutely wonderful. It takes care of the aches and pains I have in my neck and shoulders. I feel like a human is doing this. The harder you pull the harder the massage. Feels like a deep tissue massage. Definitely recommend this much better than those fake massaging gadgets that you buy in stores or online. You won’t be disappointed I promise you this.

I purchased this massager for lower back and left shoulder pain and it has worked wonders! I never knew the pain I was feeling could be caused by so many knots in my muscles! The deep tissue massage given is one of the best I’ve ever had. I could feel the knots being massaged away from my shoulder and my lower back. I’m usually not a DEEP TISSUE massage kind of gal, but I pushed through to see if my pain would be relieved. It didn’t disappoint! The massager shuts off after the recommended 30 min session.
My initial massager arrived missing the charger, but it was nothing a chat with an associate didn’t fix; I had a new one delivered within 48 hours. Get the massager!

So helpful for stiff and sore necks. Recommended by my PT. Way more convenient and less expensive than going to a masseuse. Just right for those mornings when you didn't sleep right and wake up with a kink in your neck, or after a long day at the desk and need to wind down at night.

Also, the customer service and product support is phenomenal. lifetime warranty makes it a no brainer to try.

Absolutely love this massager. Got it 4 days ago and I have used it for about 10 minutes every day. I purchased it because I get headaches primarily due to my neck. I am so relaxed afterwards, I'm ready for bed.
Easy to charge, easy to use, 3 settings for intensity, and heat can be added. Well worth the money. Next time I wake up with a stiff neck or slept wrong, this will be my go to help. Hopefully I can cut down on going to the chiropractor.

Feels like I'm getting a real massage, except I'm in control of where it's placed. It kneads very deep but I can control the pressure with the weight of my arms in the loops. I compared it to other neck massagers of this same type, and this did the best job with the least amount of noise, and with the most settings (3 different speeds vs. some others which only have 2 speeds). I'm glad I went for a cordless one because I can take this anywhere in my home and not worry about finding an open outlet. The battery life is pretty good, I get probably 4-5 30 minute massages out of it before needing to recharge, which only happens every 5 days or so if I use it daily. It's been helping a lot with my shoulder and neck tension I experience on a daily basis--my chiropractor even told me those muscles are now a lot less tense than before.

The heating aspect is hardly noticeable, but I don't mind that since I mostly bought it for the massaging capability. I can feel the heat more if it's right on my skin. You can adjust the heat too--settings are low, high, and off.

The direction rotates every 30 seconds, but if you hit the directional button, it will change direction and stay that way until you hit the button again or turn it off. I use that feature a lot. The three speeds are nice but I tend to keep it on the main speed it's automatically on because it's just right.

Note that the strength of the massage will weaken as the battery drains. Usually I don't notice a difference until it's almost out of battery (with maybe 30 minutes left), and even then, it still gives a great massage--and you can always increase the speed to compensate. You can avoid the weakening issue by keeping it charged or plugged in. I also don't notice a difference in strength when it's plugged in vs. unplugged with full battery, which is good.

This massager really digs in and heats well. I'm impressed with the ease of use and how much better my neck and shoulders feel after a few days of use. Definitely recommend!

I received this rechargeable neck massager yesterday and have already used it several times. I was a little worried before buying it because I’m quite slim, and I thought the massage balls might feel too intense or even painful on my neck.

Fortunately, that hasn’t been the case at all. One thing I really like is that you can easily adjust the pressure just by changing your position. For example, leaning back against a cushion gives a firmer massage, while sitting upright makes it much gentler. That flexibility makes it easy to find the perfect level of pressure, and instead of discomfort, I feel real relief.

I also thought the built-in 10-minute timer would be too short, but it actually turns out to be just right. By the end of the session, my neck feels relaxed, and I don’t find myself wishing it lasted longer.

Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. It’s well designed, easy to use, and surprisingly effective.
